There are three-year guarantee on the condition of the light be used under the normal environment and suitable maintenance and storage; Any abnormal using within guarantee. We provide the repair, exchange(components and parts) or replace new items for your options, if expire the guarantee time, appropriate cost for the material and labor should be charged.

A4: 100% T/T for sample order, for mass order, we accept 30% before production, 70% before shipment.

A5: 2-3 days for samples. 15-20 days for mass production.
Q6.How about the Package & Product design?
A6: 1pc in a white inner box, then several pieces into a carton. Custom-made is OK.
