We provide the repair, exchange(components and parts) or replace new items for your options, if expire the guarantee time, appropriate cost for the material and labor should be charged.

A4: 100% T/T for sample order, for mass order, we accept 30% before production, 70% before shipment.
Q5: What's your Lead time?
A5: 2-3 days for samples. 15-20 days for mass production.
Q6.How about the Package & Product design?
A6: 1pc in a white inner box, then several pieces into a carton. Custom-made is OK.
